The CSRDE staff is small, but we all multi-task in order to provide top-notch service to our members and others in the higher education community. Whether you have questions about our retention reports, the National Symposium on Student Retention, webinars or other concerns, please know that we are always happy to talk with you. Nicole Watkins

DIRECTOR

Dr. Nicole Watkins is the Director of the Center of Institutional Data and Exchange (C-IDEA) and the Director of the Consortium for Student Retention and Data Exchange (CSRDE) housed on the research campus at the University of Oklahoma. She is the Events Director for the annual National Symposium on Student Retention (NSSR) and the outside evaluator for LSAMP.

Brittnee Madden

OFFICE MANAGER & CONFERENCE COORDINATOR

Brittnee joined the CSRDE staff in 2008. She coordinates the conference and webinar details, handles all office activities and helps with membership and data reports as needed. Her favorite part of it all is meeting everyone at our national symposium each year.

Tim Bennett

MEDIA SPECIALIST & MEMBERSHIP COORDINATOR

Tim started at CSRDE in 2018. He maintains our website, handles membership details, edits survey data, and creates promotional material for CSRDE and the Symposium.
