Online registration is now available. Please follow these steps to register.

1. See if your institution is a member of the CSRDE to take advantage of reduced conference rates

Everyone is welcome to attend. However, conference registrants from CSRDE member institutions may register for this conference at reduced rates as a benefit of their institution's membership in the Consortium. Check our Member’s List to see if your institution is a member of the Consortium for Student Retention Data Exchange (CSRDE) at the University of Oklahoma. If you would like information about how your institution can join the consortium, request a member packet with samples of survey and report formats, membership costs and other information to support your decision to join us. Information on individual membership is available here.

2. Register for the Conference, Pre-Conference Workshops and Group Activity

Note: When you click on the "Register Online" Link below, The University of Oklahoma's Conference Registration System will require you to create a login (a username and password).

You will be given the opportunity to register for the Conference, Pre-Conference Workshops, and the Optional Group Event. Please be sure to include your email address with your registration.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Prepaid registrants who find they are unable to attend may send a delegate in their place without penalty. Refunds (less a 20% processing charge per registration) will be made on any prepaid registration for which we receive an advanced, written cancellation by October 1, 2015.

No Show: Those who pre-registered and do not attend the conference without written notification of cancellation will be charged the full conference fee.

If you have any questions about the registration process, please call (405) 325-6808.

USE THIS LINK TO BOOK YOUR ROOM at the special conference rate for the hotel

ALERT: We have been advised of a possible scam involving our attendees’ hotel reservations. If you are contacted by any agency offering you a lower room rate than the one listed above, or offering to make your reservations for you, please note that NSSR has not authorized any such offers. Hotel reservations should be made using the link provided above. If you have already made your hotel reservation and did not use the link, we advise that you contact the DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld at 407-352-1100 to ensure that your reservation is secure.

Need help planning transportation? We put together an interactive pdf to help you get from Orlando International Airport to the conference hotel.
