National Symposium on Student Retention

November 3-5, 2014
Louisville, KY

Sunset at the Big Four Bridge, Louisville, KY

Online registration is now available. Please follow these steps to register.

1. See if your institution belongs to CSRDE to take advantage of reduced conference rates

Everyone is welcome to attend. However, conference registrants from CSRDE member institutions may register for this conference at reduced rates as a benefit of their institution's membership in the Consortium. Check our Member’s List to see if your institution is a member of the Consortium for Student Retention Data Exchange (CSRDE) at the University of Oklahoma. If you would like information about how your institution can join the consortium, request a member packet with samples of survey and report formats, membership costs and other information to support your decision to join us. Information on individual membership is available here.

3. Reserve a Room for the Conference

Hyatt Regency Louisville –All conference activities will take place at the Hyatt. There are no longer rooms available in the conference hotel. However, we have made arrangements with two additional hotels, both within 3 blocks of the Hyatt.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites-Louisville Downtown and the Springhill Suites-Louisville Downtown are both offering the special group rate of $149 per night to NSSR attendees. These rooms and special rate are available until Friday, October 17 OR until all group rooms are allocated, whichever comes first.

USE THIS LINK TO BOOK YOUR ROOM at the special conference rate for either hotel

Need help planning transportation? We put together two interactive pdfs to help you get around: one includes all the information you need to get yourself and your colleagues from Louisville International Airport to your hotel Downtown, and one is a Map of Downtown, which includes locations and links for the conference and overflow hotels, area museums, restaurants, and other useful places in the vicinity. Once there, you may find that our central location, walkability, the indoor Skywalk, and the Free Downtown Trolley System via the Transit Authority of River City (TARC) may suit your needs.
