Call for Proposals Announced for NSSR 2016

CSRDE is now accepting proposals for its Twelfth Annual National Symposium on Student Retention (NSSR), to be held October 31 through November 3, 2016 at the Waterfront Marriott in Norfolk, Virginia.

CSRDE is seeking proposals on programs and research which can help institutions of higher education rise to the challenges of the 21st century by addressing critical issues affecting student retention and success. Topics may include evidence-based research or case studies on innovative programs targeting general or specific populations, interdisciplinary best practices and ideas for improving success through technology.

Abstracts are due by March 21, 2016. Watch the Symposium page or sign up for email updates to stay current.

Introducing the Refer A Colleague (RAC) Program

We are committed to offering our CSRDE community the best resources possible and the more the Consortium grows, the better the resources we can provide, so we have created the Refer A Colleague (RAC) program for institutional membership.

To refer a colleague for membership, please email us with RAC in the subject line and include their contact information and the name of the school in the email. If their institution becomes a member, each institution may choose one of the following rewards: $300 off the 2015-16 membership fee (the maximum discount allowable) or $300 off one person's registration to attend the 2015 National Symposium on Student Retention.

If your institution is not yet a member and you have a colleague who is a current member, we invite you to contact them about this program. To receive more information on institutional membership, please fill out this online form.
